Professional Membership 2025

Professional Memberships are split into two categories -
- Sliver Member applicants have completed Industry Training Program Avalanche Operations Level 1 (or equivalent) and are engaged in avalanche-related activities on a regular or part-time basis.
- Gold Member applicants have completed the Industry Training Program Avalanche Operations Level 1 (or equivalent) or higher and have been engaged in avalanche-related activities during two of the past four winter seasons. In addition, Gold Member applicants must arrange for one current Gold Member to submit a reference.
Professional Members also get the gift pack when signing up.
Individual Membership 2025
A$45.00
Individual Membership (Bronze) are given access to the daily avalanche forecasts and community events. You will receive discounts from Avalanche Australia sponsors and training packages. You will receive regular emails on current conditions and news from sponsors. You will also receive a gift pack when signing up.
Membership starts from 1st of May for 12 months.
This Membership allows Avalanche Australia to continue to produce the avalanche forecast and training packages for Australia.
